Refund policy
To be eligible for a return and due to copyright protections, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and shrink wrapped, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and email address used at checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened items, sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
We take great care to package our products well using double-wall cardboard boxes, however we realize that damage sometimes may occur during shipping. In this unlikely event, we are able to put in a claim with the courier company that delivered your package. For us to be able to do this we require you to retain all of the original packaging and report the damage as soon as the package is received. Due to insurance limitations, we can only accept returns on damaged goods within 7 days so please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. Before you return the product to us, please take a photo of the damage for your own records and for our Returns Department.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted due to damage or a defect, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted but you changed your mind, or didn't receive the product in time (despite knowing the expected delivery date prior to checking out), return shipping is your responsibility. Media mail rate is the least expensive shipping rate. When your return is received, you will be refunded the total minus our cost for shipping the original order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive a refund credit within 10 business days.
